Reiki sessions I often define a Reiki session as a massage for the spirit. While Reiki can increase physical comfort, it is most useful in helping to restore a sense of inner balance and peace.

Reiki 1 Class - Reiki 1 teaches the history and basics of Reiki so that you may practice on yourself! Individual yoga sessions An individual yoga session can be helpful for students new to yoga who want individual attention in learning yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork), students who are working with an injury or illness, or students who simply want to treat themselves! Rates
